I I THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of June, 1985, by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. Bruce Axtell, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant". WHEREAS, the Applicant is seeking authorization to move a single f~ily residential structure from the City of Brooklyn Center to the City of Ramsey on property located on 155th Avenue NW and Zirconium Street NW; and W~EREAS, the Applicant has made proper application and paid the proper fees; and WHEREAS, the structure has been inspected by the Ramsey Building Official. NG~ ~EFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1) That the Applicant shall move a single family residential structure from Brooklyn Center to the City of Ramsey on property located at 6501 - 155th Avenue NW. I I I I I I I I I I 2) That all plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Pltm~ing Code. 3) That all electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Electrical CDde. 4) That the dwelling exterior shall be repainted as necessary. 5) That any and ali applicable City Codes shall be complied with. 6) That permits shall be issued for all phases of work as if for new construction. 7) That the Applicant shall oomplete all construction prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 8) That the Applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with a cash escrow or letter of credit in the amount of $300.00 guaranteeing compliance and o0~pletion of all work prior to January ], ]986. 9) That the Applicant understands and agrees that failure to comply with any of the terms of this agreement will result in forfeiture of said escrow detailed in ite~ %8. 10) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
