! <br />! <br /> <br /> SECTION ~. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> <br /> Subsection 1.1o Definitions. The terms defined below <br /> for 6f this have the <br />shall, <br /> purposes <br /> Development <br /> Program, <br />meanings herein specified, unless the context otherwise <br />specifically requires~ <br /> <br /> "City" means the City of Ramsey, a municipal corporation <br />and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 'Comprehensive Plan" means the City's Compehensive Plan <br />which contains the objectives, policies, standards and pro- <br /> <br />grams to guide public and private land use, development, <br />redevelopment and preservation forall lands and water <br /> <br />within the City. <br /> <br />"Council~ means the City <br /> <br />ferred to as the governing <br />below). <br /> <br /> "County" means the County of Anoka, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Council of the City, also re- <br />body.
