AP~ING NOTI(~ IS ~Y GIV~.N that the City Council of the City of i P~, Cbunty of Anoka, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 1985, at 7530 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, ItLnnesota, relating to the proposed establishment of the City's I Develof~ent District No. i and the proposed adoption of the Develol~nent Program relating thereto pursuant to ~ ~_~, Chapter 472A, as amended, and the proposed establis~t of Tax Increment Financing District No. i and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amen~. A oopy of the Develol~nent Program an~ Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Ac%ninistrator at Ramsey Municipal Center not later than June 17, 1985. Develofment District No. 1 is all that property located in the City' s 1990 Urban Area. Tax Increment Financin~ District No. 1 includes: Government Lot 5, and Government Lot 6, of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the nomal high water mark of the R~ River.
