I:'ROI:'O~3I~D SI~gCIAL USE ~ ~ <br /> <br />I This contract entered into this __ day of <br /> <br /> , 1985, <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as 'City," <br /> <br />I and Mr. ~harles De/aney, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant,' <br /> in conjunction with the issuance of a Special Use Permit to <br /> hold an annual game fair in an R-1 district. <br /> <br />I The special use permit hereby granted contingent upon <br /> the <br /> Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br /> <br />m 1) parking for the use shall be at Central Park. <br /> <br />2) City Staff shall review this special use permit <br /> annually before and after each game fair. <br /> <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />3) The City reserves the right to inspect the premises <br /> during the game fair if it receives complaints from <br /> adjoining ~o~erty ~wners. <br /> <br />4) This special use permit agreement shall apply only <br /> to that property generally known as east of Lake Eddy <br /> and legally described as <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> <br />I The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> <br />I 5) That this special use permit shall apply only to <br /> the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend i~mediately <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />l <br />I <br /> <br />preceding Labor Day Weekend and the Saturday, <br /> <br />6) That the name of Ramsey be used in the publicity <br /> literature. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the special use <br />pe__r~_._~t granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall <br />be re~te~ed armually by City Staff. <br /> <br /> <br />
