10. PRIVATE F2~ AND ~ ACCF.~g. Developer agrees to maintain <br />an emergency acoess into and out of the P.U.D. by a private easement, which <br />easement shall be an extension of WHITE TAIL TRAIL. Said easement shall <br />traverse Southerly from said WHITE ~%IL TRAIL across the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad tracks and terminate at U.S. Highway 10. This easement shall not be <br />made available to the ger~ral public, but shall be acoessible to the Developer <br />and emergency vehicles. On the easement between U.S. Highway 10 and the <br />railroad tracks, the Developer shall oonstruct a gate such that general public <br />vehicular traffic is prohibited from using the easement. The gate shall be <br />designed as to permit opening by the Developer and opening by authorized <br />emergency vehicles. <br /> <br /> 11.
