Co~cilmember in~o~uoed the roll,ring resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with by unanimous consent, and ~ OF R;~SEY S~ OF MINNESOTA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City"), as foll(~s: 1.01 It has been proposed that the City establish Development District No. 1 and extablish Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 therein and approve and adopt the proposed Development Program and proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan with respect thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472A, as amended, and ~ Stat~, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amended. 1.02 ~he Council has investigated the facts and has caused to be prepared a proposed Modified Development Program for Development District No. 1, defining more precisely the property to be included in Development District No. 1 and describing the action to be undertaken by the City to aid the development of Development District No. 1, and has caused to be prepared a proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan defining more precisely the property to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 and other matter relating thereto. 1.03 ~e City has perfo~:~ all actions required by law to be performed prior to the establishment of Development District No. 1, the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 and the adoption of the proposed Development Program and proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, including, but not limited to, notification of Anoka County and School District No. 11 having taxing jurisdiction over the property to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, a review by the City Planning Commission of the proposed Modified Development Program for Development District No. 1 and the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District NO. 1 and the holding of a public hearing u~on published and mailed notice as required by 1~.
