Peter R. Raatikt~a of Bakanson Anderson I Associates, Inc. with reference o the tarvla surfacing improvf~-nt of the following street: ,'! a) 167th Avenue N.W. between the line of C.S.A.lt. 15 and Jaspar Street N.W. I il WHEREAS, the updated report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 28, 1985, which report indicates the follo~in9: Estimated ~otal Oost of Project $40,000.00 Zstimatad Total Asses~nent pez ~it (in~ividual property owner ~st) Z,355.00 per mit (10 ~ ~rm) 3~4.79 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COONCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Coun'Cic1 will c~;sider the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. between .S.A.B. and Jaspar Street N.W.
