(PROJECTS %84-1 AND %85-15; FLINT~OGD B~.T.$ SEG~ND A~DITION) Wq~ERFAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution ~85-75 adopted April 9, 1985 for Flintwood Hills Second Addition AND W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 885-101 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Second Addition; and Wqq_ EREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of ~akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated July 15, 1985, Arcon Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $243,032.61. NU~ ~IEREFORE, BE IT RESC~ BY ~E CITY GOUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (DUNTY, STATE OF MINNESO~%, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Gomparry, Inc. for utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Seoond Addition in the amount of $243,032.61. 2) That the City Council of the City of ~mmsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Ac~inistrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #85- approving payment of the bills for the month of July, 1985. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilm~mber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Gouncil this the 23rd day of July, 1985.
