M & S Development is proposing to construct <br />two multiple residential unit structures on Lot 2, Block 1, Oxbow <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Addition. ~l~is contains approximately 3.76 acres and is zoned MRB, <br />Multiple Residential Business.
