I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />'City,' and Mr. Stanley Czech, hereinafter referred to as <br />'Applicant,' in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure prior to the <br />oonstruction of the principal structure on the property located <br />at Lot 2, Block l, High Point Seoond Addition. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and o0mplyin9 with the roll.lng conditions: <br /> <br />I 1. ~hat the Applicant shall oonstruct the structure in <br /> acoordance with all applicable City standards and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~hat the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for <br />the storage of personal property and that no o0u~ercial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be pezmitted in <br />said structure or on the subject property. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />3. ~hat this development agreenent shall be recorded as a <br /> part of the Applicant's <br /> <br />~he Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to rewi~w at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this varianoe. <br /> <br /> <br />
