T~at the Applicant has applied for a Board of Adjustment <br /> varianoe to construct an accessory structure larger than allowed <br /> <br /> 2. That the Applicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment <br /> I for a public hearing on Ouly 23, 1985, and that said public <br /> hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said <br /> public hearings are hereby incorporated as a part of these <br /> <br />I findings by referenoe. <br /> 3. That the Applicant's property is generally knwon as 7241 <br /> 164th Lane N.W. amd is located in an R-I~ Residential District. <br /> 4. ~hat the subject Property is ~."~_~ '- -' : :" . <br /> <br />I 5. Tna the Applicant's request is to construct a 32' x 40' <br /> accessory structure with an area of 1,280 square feet. The <br /> proposed acoessory structure will be used for the storage of the <br /> Applicant's motor hc~e, boat, snowmobiles, and other personal <br />I property. <br /> <br /> 6. ~at the City Code restricts the total square footage of an <br />I acoessory structure to 624 square feet maxim~ on parcels of land <br /> less th fY-1/2 a es.' <br /> <br />I ?. That there ~ exceptional, unique or extraordinary <br /> circumstances or conditions applying to the property in questions <br /> as to the intended use of the property that do not apply <br /> generally to other lxoperties in the ssme zoning district. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />8. ~hat such varianoe may be necessary for the preservation and <br />enjoyment of a substantial property right similar to that <br />possessed by other properties in the same district and in the <br />same vicinity.
