! <br />! <br /> <br />PROPOSED I~~ <br /> <br />I This agre~ent entered into this day of <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />1985, between ~he City of l~msey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City,' and Mr. Steven J, 3ohnson, herei~fter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in Conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1280 square <br />feet, larger than allc~ed by City (1~. <br /> <br /> The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />m agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> 1. ~at the .Ap~icant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> <br /> before co~encing any Construction. <br />I 2. ~hat the o~npletion the accessory structure shall <br /> be o~tmtible with the existing structure. <br />I 3. ~hat the Applicant shall Construct the structure in <br /> aooordance with all ap~lic~hl e City standards and <br /> spec/fications. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />~hat the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for <br />the storage cf personal property am~ that no o~m~rcial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in <br />said structure or az~ehere o~ the subject property. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />~hat the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as: ~he North t~o hundred thirty three feet <br />cf the West t~o hundred fifty five feet cf the East six <br />hundred forty feet of the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, 1~ 25, according <br />to United States Governnent Survey thereof and situated <br /> <br />164th Lane N.W., l~msey. <br /> <br />6. ~hat this develou~_nt agreenent shall be recorded as a <br /> part cf the Applicant's &~. <br /> <br />~he Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to revie~ at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this v~im. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br /> <br />
