i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />C~T~ OF AND <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the C~ty of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. James Rivers, hereinafter refe=~ed to as <br />"AI~licant," in oonjunctio~ with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1008 square <br />feet, lar~er than all~wed by City (l~de. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and o0mplyin~ with the foll~in~ oonditiorm: <br /> <br />1. ~hat the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> before o0~encir~ any oonstruction. <br /> <br />2. ~at the co~pletion of the accessory structure shall <br /> be o0mI~tihle with the emisting structure. <br /> <br />~at the Appli~mt shall construct the structure in <br />aooor~noe with all a~icable City standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />~hat the Applicant shall use the aooessory str~ure for <br />the storage of personal property ar~ that no o0~ercial <br />or industrial activity of any ~ shall be permitted in <br />said structure or anywhere on the subject property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />~at the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as .f~t 2, Block 4 ~had~ r _~n. Estates, and <br />generally k~on as 6540 169th Lane N.W., Ramsey. <br /> <br />6. ~at this ~elol~nt agreenent shall be reoorded as a <br /> part of the Appli~nt's deed. <br /> <br />~he Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to revie~ at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
