I BO;~.D OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC ]{FARING <br /> C~TY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman <br />Jeanne Schlueter, Tuesday, April 26, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey,' Minnesota, regarding Mr. Peter Nieder's <br />request to build an accessory building larger than City Code allows at 16203 <br />Jaspar Street NW. <br /> <br />Members Present: Councilm~mber Jeanne Schlueter, Chairman <br /> Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> Councilmember Gary R~imann <br /> Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br /> City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />Chairman Jeanne Schlueter called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Nieder was present and stated that he is requesting an accessory building <br />larger than code allows in order to store his motor home and other miscellaneous <br />items. He stated that it would be a garage type building, 30' x 32' with 12' <br />side walls to accommodate the motor home, cedar siding and metal roof. <br /> <br /> Jim Wesloh - 16201 Jaspar - Stated that he is in favor of Council approving <br />Mr. Nieder's request. <br /> <br /> Tom Taylor - 16230 Jaspar - Stated that he is in favor of Council approving <br /> Mr Nieder' s <br /> request. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adjourn the <br /> public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairmain Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Councilmem_bers <br /> Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner.
