Plan For Sale Of Stock In _~_: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the stock was registered at $50/share; that can be <br />changed. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the stock selling price; lower p~ices will involve <br />more people and higher prioes would attract those persons serio,,~]y considering <br />becoming active m~mbers of the ~pany. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Muller and secom]ed by Mr. Miller to set a selling price of <br />$25.00/share for Ecor~mic Developnent (kmpany stock. <br /> <br />Mot/on carried. Voting Yes: Mr. Greenberg, Mr. Hardin, Mr. Muller, Mr. Fults, <br />Mr. Miller, Mr. Wagner and Mr. Vevea. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Discussion Reqarding Letterhead For <br /> <br />(Mmpeny consensus was to ~xepare an article for the September publication of <br />the Tri-City Newsletter regarding the asmsey Eco~mi¢ Develop~_,t O~pany and <br />it's stock sale. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ardin read letters that he drafted regarding the Ramsey Ecommic <br />Development G~mpany and it's stock sale. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Fults and seconded by Mr. Vevea that the letters drafted by Mr. <br />Hardin be forwarded to the following groups: <br /> June 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
