Mr. Nelson stated that the contract does not <br />ask for any more than the enployees have right now. <br /> <br /> Oouncilmember Reimann stated that full Council should be included in the <br /> negotiation discussions; the Personnel (l~ttee should be eliminated as it <br /> <br /> Counc~z Sorteberg stated that he doesn't know that contract negotiations <br /> can be aooo~plished with that many people included in the discussions. <br /> <br /> Mr. Schnelle stated that he has no objection to full Council being included in <br /> the negotiations but it will take many hours if it is done in that way and he <br /> doesn't have that kind of time to devote to this issue. <br /> July 11, 1985 <br /> <br /> Pagel of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
