The contractor expects to have all the utilities complete
in about two to three weeks.

We have experienced some problems with Forest Lake Contracting in that
they had not completed their work in River's Bend. However, the City Engineer's
letter spelling out the penalties involved with failure to complete the work
on time got them on the job almost immediately.

The water levels around the Flintwood area have been fluctuating with the
weather and they did reach a new high at one point. However, when the storm
drain is completed and the connections are made, we will be able to lower
the water level some four to five feet.

Permits. issued, mileag~ and inspections

are included in the attached report.
