I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RF_,S~II~ON #85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN <br />APPLI(~TION FOR REI~URSE~ENT FOR ~E OONTINUING EDUCATION OF PEACE OFFICERS <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the State of Minnesota POST Board has submitted application <br />form PB-07072-02 (7/84) for reimbursement for the oontinuing education of peace <br />officers; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City of Ramsey has to authorize a City official to sign <br />the above stated document in order to be reimbursed for police continuing <br />education. <br /> <br />NU~ ~~, BE IT RES~VED BY ~{E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />G~3NTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows.. <br /> <br /> 1) The Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk of the City of Ramsey are <br />hereby authorized to sign the above said documnet for reimbursement of costs <br />for oontinuing education of Ramsey police officers. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that a certified copy of this resolution be <br />attached to said document. Further, it is directed that a copy of the above <br />said doc~nent be made as an enclosure to this resolution. <br /> <br />~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Gouncil this the 23rd day of July, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
