If the vehicle is used in both of the <br />above si£tmttons, then both registrations shall be required. <br /> <br />The only public lands vhere three-vheelers are presently alloyed are certain <br />national, state, and county forest lands. Three-~heeler~ as ~ell as other <br />0RVs, are prohibited from use in state parks, scientific and natural areas, and <br />vildlife ~anagement areas and state trails.' Snov~obile trails are off li~rits <br />to ~otor vehicles other than snov~obiles. <br /> <br />A statewide listing of off-road trails does not exist. ?resent policy allows <br />these vehicles on state forest roads and forest trails during, the non-snow <br />~onths of the year, unless these roads or trails are specifically posted to <br />prohtbi~ such use.
