However, the police have refused that offer. <br /> <br />The State Mediator has been able to come up with a two year contract <br />which police would accept for 1985 consisting of a 4.5% salary <br />increase and $10.00 per month increase in health insurance and for <br />1986 consisting of a 4.5% salary increase and $10.00 per month <br />increase in health insurance. <br /> <br /> <br />
