NOTI(~ OF PUBLIC ~EARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA ~0UNTY STATE Of MINN~A Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 1985 at 7~30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to consider the request of Mr. Peter Nieder, 16203 Jaspar Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to construct a detached accessory building larger than is allowed by City Code, which property is legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15 Township 32 Range 25 described as follows: Commencing at a point in the south line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 837.03 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, then North 0 degrees 07 minutes East 347.12 feet, then Northwesterly on a tangential curve to the left with a radius of 239.07 feet a distance of 225.32 feet, then Northwesterly on a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 135.37 feet a distance of 115.06 feet, then North 5 degrees 11 minutes West 73.35 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described, then continuing North 5 degrees 11 minutes West 115 feet, then North 89 degrees 38 minutes East 268.57 feet, then South 45 degrees 22 minutes East 162.05 feet to an intersection with a line bearing North 89 degrees 38 minutes East from the actual point of beginning, then South 89 degrees 38 minutes West 373.5 feet to the actual point of beginning for purposes of this description the South line of said Northwest Quarter is assumed to bear North 89 degrees 38 minutes East. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and comment on the variance request. Written comments are also welcome and should be addressed to the Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
