There will not be any problems created in changing the job title, as the present Job descriptions are the same. I can readily understand why Mr. Graczyk would want the job title changed, as the requirements under the present title are the same as for Finanoe Officer. Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above request. Enclosure (D2-a) contains a proposed resolution establishing the budget preparation calendar for Federal Revenue Sharing and the City's operational budget for 1986. Your action will be to approve/amend said resolution. Unanimous consensus of the Oouncil is required to adopt said resolution.
