Motion by Ommissioner Zi~merman and seconded by Om~issioner Sh~way to adopt p[oposed findings of fact, as ~mended, for Mr. Donald Ness' request for a conditional use permit. I Motion carried. Os~mi~ion consensus is to amend the cor~litio~al use permit agrement in the following ways: 1. Change the title 'O~nditional Use P~rmit A~ree~ent' to 'Special Use Permit Agreement -Bcme Occupation'. I I I I I 2. Change Ite~ #4 in the agreement to specify 'Special Use Permit'. 3. Add the following item to the agre~m~.nt: '5. ~ere will be m outside storage of materials and equipment.' Motion by __c~_ issioner De~mer and seconded by O~ssioner Shut, ay to approval of the request by Mr. Donald Ness for a special use permit to operate a h~e occupation from his residence at 7735 156th A~enue N.W. contingent upon the applicant entering into a special ~se permit agreement, as amended, with the City. Absent: Om~nissioner LaDue. ~ Requ_ est For Variance Fr~ Platting Regu_ irements For Metes Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Mr. Robert Zim~er~ O~nmission consensus is that they would be agreeable to granting' varianoes to minim~ lot width as it would be consistent with other lots in the area and if Mr. Zin~ner can meet State building code requir~ents regarding garage floor being 15" above street elevation. ~he O~ssion stated that a survey would be ber~ficial in determining the ~ount of fLll needed in the mew lot in order to make it bu~dable and in that case, Mr. Ziam~.r mightt. as well ~occcd with a convenience plat rather than metes and bounds subdivision.
