I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Ramsey <br />Terrace #84-16) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Council on September 10, 1985, the City Administrator/Clerk was <br />directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the <br />tarvia surfacing improv~ent of the foll~ing streets: <br /> <br />a) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. <br />N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road ~83) <br /> <br />b) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. <br />and 142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />c) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and <br />142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. <br />and Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat <br />boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat <br />bo~dary of Ramsey Terrace. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified <br />the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed <br />and filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 18th day of <br />September, 1985, in the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 7:00 P.M. to <br />pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all <br />persons owning property ffected by such improvement will be given <br />an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to <br />cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be <br />published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior <br />to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost <br />of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be <br />given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the foil(ming voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
