Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-05-111 <br /> <br /> ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE BUILDING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />OFFICIAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mick Kaehler was hired as the Building Official effective November 10, <br />2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Kaehler has successfully completed a six-month probationary period as <br />the Building Official; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its May 11, 2004 meeting agreed with staff's <br />recomnlendation to end the probationary period for Mick Kaehler effective May 10, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Conlmittee to end the probationary period for Mick Kaehler, effective May 10, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councihnember Elvig <br />Councihnember Kurak <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />NOlle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />NOllC <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
