Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 04-06-143 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TI/~' <br />Agreement") with T & D Holdings, LLC, a Minnesota Corporation, on June 8th, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement, the land to be conveyed to T & <br />D Holdings, LLC is platted as Lot 1, Block 2, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT <br />2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final drag of the TIF Agreement is dated as of June 8, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Lot 1, Block 2, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the June 8th, 2004 Contract <br />for Private Development between the City and T & D Holdings, LLC. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents <br />to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Counci hnelnber Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />NOI!C <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
