Cotmcilmcmbcr Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with HSHT, LLC, on June 22, 2004; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to <br />HSI-IT, LLC is platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of June ,2004 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Lot 2, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDIITON, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the June __, <br />2004 Contract for Private Development between the City and HSHT, LLC and that the <br />City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to <br />convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Counci hnember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councihnember Elvig <br />Councihnember Pearson <br />Councihnember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and tile following abstained: <br /> <br />NOlle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
