I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counci lmem be r mooed for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RES(L~ ADOPT/I~G ASSESSMENT (BI~B POINT ADDITIG~ %85-9) WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the sealcoating LTprov~ent of the foll~ing streets: 1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. 2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of High Point. 5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. 6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 156th Avenue N.W. 7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. 8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and the west plat boundary of ftigh Point. NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, /%NOKA COUNTY, S~ATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the ands named herein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) That such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of three years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1986 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.65 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1986. To each subsequent
