AUTgOI~ This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06. Section 2. ~ ~he following described properties are hereby vacated, to-wit: All that part of the South half of the South half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which lies within 33 feet on each side of line A described below and which lies northeasterly of line B described below: Line A: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which point is the intersection of the South line of said Section 14 with the centerline of Old County State Aid Highway Number 5, thence North 0 degrees, 36 minutes, 25 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 224.10 feet', thence Northwesterly on a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 442.92 feet and having a delta angle of 37 degrees, 57 minutes, 15 seconds for a distance of 293.40 feet, thence North 38 degrees, 33 minutes, 40 seconds West along said centerline and tangent to said curve a distance of 447.00 feet and there terminating. Line B: A line run parallel and distant 60 feet Northeasterly of the following described line: __rko,m_ encing at the Northeast corner of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, thence West on the North line of said Section 26 a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees, 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) 2,734.74 -1-
