Councilmembe r moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and I I I RBSC~6~ON ADOP~ING ASSBSS~ (OAERIZ~E ESTATES #B5-10) WBEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the sealooating imprcwement of the following streets: 1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Ll~a Street N.W. I I I I I I 2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and Hedgehog Street N.W. 3) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. and Ferret Street N.W. 4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83 north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 6) 166th Circle N.W. between Marmoset Street N.W. west to its end at the cul-de-sac. 7) Marmoset Street N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates. I I I N~ T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~gOKA GN3NTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the ands named herein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the asses~ent levied against it. I I I 2) That such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of three years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1986 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.65 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1986. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all
