I I I l~7i'IC~ OF KIBLIC I~EAR]~G CITY OF ~EY S'D~E OF ~INN~ Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7:10 P.M. on September 17, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed assessment against abutting property for the sealcoating improvement of the folli~ing streets: 1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Hedgehog Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 3) 158th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road %83) west to its end at the cul-de- ~ac. 4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. south to its end. 5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between the north plat boundary and the south plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3. 7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as it ~-~s advisable. Under City Code Section 210.01.18 entitled "Senior Citizens and Total Disability Special Assessment Deferral", the Ramsey City Council may, in its discretion, defer the payment of this special assessment for any homestead property owned by a person 65 years of age or older or retired by virtue of a permanent and total disability for whom it would be a hardship to make the payments. When deferment of the special assessment has been granted and is terminated for any reason provided in that law, all amounts accumulated plus applicable interest become due.
