I i I I I I I I I I Councilmembe r ~ed for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESCL~ ABOPTI~K~ ASS~ (WhisRering Pihes Plat B t85-5) WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the sealcoatin§ improvement of the following streets: 1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Hedgehog Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 3) 158th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83) west to its end at the cul-de- sac. 4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. south to its end. 5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between the north plat boundary and the south plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3. 7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~ GOONTY, ST;rTE OF MINNESOTA, as foll~s: 1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the ands named herein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the asses~ent levied against it. 2) That such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of three years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1986 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.65 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1986. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all
