I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I NOI'I~E OF KIBLIC REARII~ ~ OF JmO~~ ~ OF ~ Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7~20 P.M. on September 17, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed assessment against abutting property for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: ~ 1) Waco Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th avenue N.W. 2) Xktmo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. 3) Yakima Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. 5) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street N.W. and Xkimo Street N.W. 6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates 7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. and Z~%i Street N.W. The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as it ~-~s advisable. Under City Code Section 210.01.18 entitled "Senior Citizens and Total Disability Special Assessment Deferral ", the Ramsey City Council may, in its discretion, defer the payment of this special assessment for any homestead property owned by a person 65 years of age or older or retired by virtue of a permanent and total disability for whom it would be a hardship to make the payments. When deferment of the special assessment has been granted and is terminated for any reason provided in that law, all amounts accumulated plus applicable interest become due. Any assessed property owner meeting the requirements of this law
