Councilmember mewed for its adoption: introduced the followin§ resolution and REF=,Ci.,LTI'ION /d3Ol:'I'ING ~~ (O(3{O, H2~M'S ~ AC}LI~S ~85-7) WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the sealooating improvement of the following streets: 1) Waco Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. 2) Xkimo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. 3) Yakima Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. 5) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street N.W. and ~kh~o Street N.W. 6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates 7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. and Zuni Street N.W. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA GOONTY, S~ATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the ands named herein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the asses~ent levied against it. 2) That such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of three years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1986 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.65 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1986. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
