I C~T~ OF RAPlSE~ Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7:40 P.M. on September 17w 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center to pass upon the proposed assessment against abutting property for the sealcoating improvement of the foll~ing streets: 1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. 2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Bigh Point. 5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. 6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 156th Avenue N.W. 7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. northeast to its e~d at the cul-de-sac. 8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and the west plat boundary of High Point. The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the Council may consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. Under City Code Section 210.01.18 entitled "Senior Citizens and Total Disability Special Assessment Deferral", the Ramsey City Council may, in its discretion, defer the payment of this special assessment for any homestead property owned by a person 65 years of age or older or retired by virtue of a permanent and total disability for whom it would be a hardship to make the payments.
