I I I I I introduced the followin9 resolution and rc~ed for its Wm~RZAS, the City of 6m~sey Resolution e84-2 dated January 10, 1984 authorized the Ixep~rin9 of a comprehensive airport master plan for Gateway North Industrial Airport; and WI~ERfAS, the Ramsey Airport (Im~iasion, at their meetin9 of September 3, 1985, by motion, recommended that the City Council endorse the airport master plan and sub, it it to the reviewin9 agencies and that it be utilized as a vehicle for future studies. Further, if fb~cil accepts this recommendation and endorses the plan, it 9ives authority to proceed with phase II of the airport master Dian which oontains the envirom~ental lwi~ct statewent and will address specific con, ems brought out by citizens. ~F~(]~E, RE IT RES(LV~ BY ~E (~TY C~J~. (~ ~]~E ~IT¥ OF RA~SEY, ~.NOKA STATE OF ~ as foll~s: 1) The Ramsay City Oouncil does/c~es ~ot (if you do ~ot er~orse this airport master plan, you should thoroughly explain your reasons) endorse the airport master plan. It is directed that said document be su~itted to the app[opriate reviewing agencies. 2) The City (buncil further authorizes that the Airport Commission Iproceed with phase II of the airport master plan which pertains to the I I I I I I I I 3) It is further directed that the Airport Commission, Bakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., the consultant engir~ers for said project, and the City Finanoe Officer be furnished a copy of this resolution. The motion for the acig_ption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Oo~cilme~ber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ra~sey City Gouncil this the 24th day of September, 1985.
