for its adoptionz introduced the following resolution and roved RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COI~PAN¥, INC, (PROJECTS %84-1 AND ~85-15 FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rawsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the Resolution ~85-75 adopted April 9, 1985 for Flint~ood Rills Seoond Addition AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 185-101 awarding the bid to Alcon Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of utilities and streets in Flin~ood Hills Seoond Add/tion; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated September 17, 1985, Alcon Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $51,317.13. NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANitA (I~NT~, ~ OF ~ as foll(ws~ 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Alcon Construction Company, Inc. for utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Second Addition in the a~ount of $51,317.13. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this psrtial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution %85-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of September, 1985. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed oopy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the foll~ing voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of September, 1985.
