Go~cil~rer~ber adoption~ introduced the follo~ing resolution and ro~ed for its WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Christian, hereinafter "Developer" has properly .pplied for plat approval of the following described property located in the That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, T~nship 32, Range 25, Anoka Gouty, Minnesota described as commencing at a point on the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 418.00 feet, as measured at right angles, east of the west line Of maid Southwest Quarter Of the Northwest Quarter; thence south tmrallel with said west line to intersect the nrotherly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said highway right of way for 300.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be hereby described; thenc~ north parallel with said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for 658.65 feet, more or less, to intersect said north line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence east along said north line for 451.06 feet; thence south parallel with said west lin~ of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for 1011.93 feet, more or less, to intersect said northerly lirm Of the highway right of way; thence northwesterly along said highway right of way for 571.10 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; which plat is to be known as Ramsey Om~mercial Park, hereinafter known as the "Plat;" W~, the l~sey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter 170.03 held a public hearing on the proposed plat on July 2, 1985, which hearing was duly publimhed in the City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; W~, the Planning Om~Pission at its regular meeting on July 2, 1985 re(x~ that the City grant p~eliminary approval of the Plat with variances to the soil boring and to~xxjralahy reguirer~.nts; WBERF2~9, the City (buncil has reviewed the Planning Commission's July 2, 1985 l~3~_ic hearing and reo~tion minutes, which minutes are incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein; and WT{EREAS, the City Gouncil granted preliminary approval of the Plat with variances to the soil boring and topograt~ requir~rents at its regular meeting on July 23, 1985. NG{ ~H~RE, BE IT RESCLVED BY ~E CITY (XX~NCIL OF TSE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (X~NTY, g]I%TE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final plat apixoval of Oxbow Addition is granted with variances to the soil boring and topogral~hy requirements.
