Following is a list of <br />comments relating to the plat: <br /> <br />m1. <br /> <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat on July 23, 1985 <br />with variances for topography, soil borings and direct access to <br />a major highway. <br /> <br />The developer has submitted a copy of an approved access permit <br />from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The developer did not provide a grading plan, since they do not <br />know how the property will be developed. We have discussed this <br />issue with the Director of Technical Services and the City <br />Attorney and they agree that the drainage can be handled with the <br />site plan review. <br /> <br />I4. <br /> <br />The developer has not provided an address map as required by City <br />Code 170.0310 D.m. <br /> <br />civil · municipal · planning · soils · land surveying · landscape architecture <br /> <br /> <br />
