Allen Sorteberg, hereinafter "Developer" has applied for plat approval of the foll(~ing described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot B, and that p~rt of Outlot A, SCR~ERG'S 3RD ADDITION, according to the reoorded plat thereof, lying easterly of the following described I Beginning at the soutt~est oorner of said Outlot A; thence northerly along the west line of said Outlot A a distance of 20.00 feet; thence easterly, p~rallel with the south line of said Outlot A, a distance of 19.03 feet; I thence northerly, perallel with the east line of said Outlot A, a distance of 459.96 feet; thence easterly parallel with the north line of said Outlot A, a distance of 133.00 feet; thence northerly, parallel with said east line, a distance of 432.50 feet to the north line of said Outlot A and said line there terminating. which Blat is to be known as Sorteberg's 4th Addition, hereinafter known as "Plat;" and WT~REAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter 170.03 held a public hearing on the proposed plat on August 12, 1985, which hearing was duly published in the City's lega/ newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and WT~:~S, the Planning {k~mission at its regular meeting on August 12, 1985 reprehended that the City grant ixeliminary approval for the Plat; W~EAS, the City (buncil has reviewed the Planning Commission's August 12, 1985 public hearing minutes and its August 12, 1985 reo0mmem~tion minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and W-~:~S, the City Go~cil granted preliminary approval of the Plat with variances to soil borings and topograi~y rsquirements and contingent upon the requirements of the City Engineer at a meeting on August 13, 1985, which minutes are inoorporated as if fully set forth herein. NG~ ~f:~EFORE, BE IT RESCLVED BY GE CITY G/INCIL OF 9~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA fDUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That final plat approval of Sorteberg 4th Addition is granted contingent upon the Applicant meeting the requirements of the City Engineer.
