The approval of Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition shall apply to that <br /> p~operty legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Out_lot A, ALPAG% ESTATES 2ND ADDITIC~N, according to the recorded plat <br />ther eof, Anoka Oounty, Minnesota. <br /> <br />And, that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 29, and all that part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 28, all in Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />Gounty, Minnesota, described as foll(~s: <br /> <br />(l~rmencing at the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence South 00 degrees 12 <br />minutes 08 seconds East, assu~ed bearing, along the west line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 100.00 feet <br />to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 63 <br />degrees 37 minutes 36 secomds East a distance of 1748.93 feet; thence <br />on a hearing of South a distance of 449.26 feet to the south line of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28; <br />thenoe South 89 degrees 42 minutes 38 seconds West, along said south <br />line, a distance of 228.11 feet to the southeast corner of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence <br />North 89 degrees 56 minutes 06 seconds West, along the south line of <br />said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1334.47 <br />feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 12 <br />minutes 08 seconds West, along the west line of said Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quartera distance of 1225.81 feet to the point of <br />begirming. <br /> <br />3.
