LYNN BOH/LAND <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. Lynn Boehland, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in conjmction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure in the front yard. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and oo~lyi~g with the following oonditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> before o0~mencing any construction. <br /> <br />2. That the completion of the accessory structure shall <br /> be co~atible with the existing structure. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />accordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />~hat the Applicant shall use the accessor~ structure for <br />the storage of personal property and that no commercial <br />or ir~trial activity of any type shall be permitted in <br />said structure or anywhere on the subject [xoperty. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />~hat the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as Lot 15, Block 4, Brook¥iew Estates, and <br />generally known as 17211 Germani~ Street N.W., <br /> <br />6. ~hat this develol~ent agreement shall be recorded as a <br /> part of this Appli~t's <br /> <br />~he Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to revie~ at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />re~ocation of this variance. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
