September 24, 1985 <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Staff <br /> <br />RE: Addend~ to September 24, 1985 Agenda, D-3, Council New Business <br /> <br />The following items should be added to the September 24, 1985 age_Dc]a___: <br /> <br />It, D: Approval of Pa_v Estimate No. 7 for Pumuhouse No. 1 <br /> Imp_forewent Project #84-13 to A& K G~nstruction <br /> <br />Due to delays caused by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, the <br />contractor is requesting a reduction in the retainage on this <br />project. The City Engineer has reviewed the request and is <br />reoc~mending Pay Estimate No. 7 in the amount of $6,989.74 for this <br />project. There will be 1% retainage in the amount of $1,747.44. <br /> <br />Attachment 1 contains the pay estimate and the proposed resolution <br />for your adoption. <br /> <br />Counc~ ~ti~: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove this request. Unanimous <br />consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of <br />the proposed resolution. For your information and discussion, Attachment 3 contains a <br />letter dated September 23, 1985 fr~ the City Engineer regarding the <br />flooding of 149th Avenue N.W. in Pineview Estates. ~he City Engineer <br />will be available to answer any questions you may have on this. <br /> <br />3.
