Status of Subdivisions: Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Arcon Construction Company is presently working on streets in this plat. The final completion date for all work including the streets was September 12, 1985, however, an extension has been applied for due to the wet weather. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Pondvale Estates: The streets in this development were paved on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration has not been completed to date. River's Bend: This project is complete and the final esti- mate is included in this agenda. The assessment hearing was held on September 17, 1985. Se Northfork P.U.D.: The developer was granted approval on a 42 lot P.U.D. on June 11, 1985 contingent on meeting the requirements of the City Code. Grading and street con- struction is currently taking place. Fe Rum River Hills: The developer is currently grading streets in this development. The developer is also proposing to change the drainage plan on this plat and will be present at the September 24, 1985 council meeting to request this change. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been completed due to high water levels and wet conditions. ! ! e Pumphouse No. 1: This project is complete with the exception of a telephone alarm system. Northwestern Bell is still in the process of providing service to the pumphouse. This project should be completed and finalized in the next two weeks.
