Cke~issiorer Stauffer stated that Mr. Otto <br /> <br /> adequately explained his reasons for utilizing a different formula in <br />m estimating forecast u~age. Mr. Otto's forecast fig~es give the citizers an <br /> honest opinion of what the ultimate sage o~uld be; on the other hand, Mr. <br /> Otto used cx>n~rvative figures in fore, casting ec~)rw~ic benefits; thes~ two <br /> <br /> forests offset each other in te~s of informing the citizens as to eoor~ic <br />m berg_fits and use. age. With respect to ooncerns, namely noise, the <br /> envirorm~ental <br /> Metro Oo~cil suggests including doc~entation supporting the Plan's finding <br /> <br /> that ~ise l~vels will be within State and Federal guidelines; will the <br />m e~viror~tal impact stat~emt include such cloc~tation? <br /> <br /> Rt.
