Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution which approves the assessnTent rolls for this project. If you exempt someone or change an asses~ent, you more than likely have to do a findings of fact and prepare an additional resolution. TO DISC~$$ USING FIRE BARN FOR ~EEN DANCE: Ms. Claudia Dodge, Ra~sey Community School Coordinator, will be present to request Council approval of holding a teen dance in the fire barn on Saturday, Noverber 9, 1985. 911e fire barn has been used in the past for Hall~een dances and the Ra~sey Days dance and the City facility has never been misused. Enclosure (D3-c) contains a copy of the (kmlr~ty School ' s letter. Ina~ruch as we don't have a written SOP on this type of use of the City facility, each case has to be approved by the (buncil.
