I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />~ed fo~ its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the ~ollowlng resolution and <br /> <br />ADOPTING ASSESS~ (RAMSEY T~ 184-16) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as <br />required by law, the Ra~sey City Council has met and heard and <br />passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />sealooating iwproverent of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and <br />Industry Avenue N.W. (Colunty Road #116) <br /> <br />2) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and <br />142nd AVenue N.W. <br /> <br />3) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and <br />142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />4) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and <br />Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />5) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat boundary of <br />Ramsey Terrace and the east plat boundary of Ramsey <br />Terrace. <br /> <br />6) Junkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and <br />the ~orth plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA G~NTY, S~ATE OF MI~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such proposed assessment, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and <br />shall constitute the special assessment against the ands named <br />herein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found <br />to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the a~ount of the <br />assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) That such assessment shall be payable in equal <br />annual installments extending over a period of ten years, the <br />first of the installments to be payable on or before the first <br />Monday in January, 1986 and shall bear interest at the rate of <br />8.65 per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br />assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added <br />interest on the entire assessment from the date of this <br />resolution until December 31, 1986. To each subsequent <br />installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all <br />unpaid installments. <br /> <br /> 3) The owner of any property so assessed may, at any <br />time prior to certification of the assessment to the county <br /> <br /> <br />
