ADDITIONAL lE~M MEMBERS <br /> <br />_Jerry__BriQ~.s__-_In_t_e_rnational Technical Services <br /> <br />Mr. Briggs is a Civil Engineer that specializes in water supply issues, <br />He spent 30 years with the Johnson Division of Universal Oil Products <br />before semi-retiring to start his own business--International Technical <br />Services. <br /> <br />He taught seminars in hydrology for 10 years at the University of Minnesota, <br />He has also taught in several Latin American universities, <br /> <br />Mark Johnson Freelance Computer Analxst <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson produces and adapts custom software to problem-solving <br />situations for computer application. He has a Bachelor's Degree from <br />Stanford University and did graduate work at the University of Minnesota. <br />He has had staff positions in city government and consulting businesses, <br />as an analyst for planning departments and real estate developments. <br /> <br /> <br />
