Charges may be time- <br />billed against a maximum appropriation, or a fixed fee may be set for detailed work <br />specifications. Retainer relationships ore available f~ extended assignments, or <br />areas in which a continued preferential staff assignment is requested. <br /> <br />The con[identia1 nature of assignments and data is strictly preserved at the request <br />of the client. <br /> <br />The growth and continued success of NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />is directly dependent upon the effectiveness we have in meeting client objectives and <br />seeing projects successfully implemented. On <br />any project undertaken by the firm, a principal is assigned to and assumes responsi- <br />bility for the work and product involved.
