The <br />Joint Powers Agreement does not require the approval by each City Council, <br />however, it is recommended the information be presented for review to the <br />Councils. <br /> <br />m <br />i <br /> <br />In addition, I would like to request each Manager begin to seek input from <br />Council members as to what they envision or anticipate with regards to <br />Government Access programming in their cities. I will be working with re- <br />presentatives from Ramsey to hold a joint meeting with the Councils of the <br />Quad Cities.
